Sick Trophies Refund Policy At Custom Trophy Limited, we take great pride in providing our customers with beautiful, personalized trophies that exceed their expectations. That’s why we have a strict return and refund policy in place. We believe that by working closely with our clients throughout the entire process, we can ensure that they receive a finished product that they are thrilled with. While we understand that circumstances may differ, generally, we do not offer refunds as we work tirelessly to make sure that you will not need one. In certain extreme circumstances we may consider a partial refund if we believe we unknowingly delivered a product that was not to our own standards as well as our customers’ standards.

Shipping Cost Refunds

We offer standard ground shipping free of charge. No refunds on shipping costs are applicable in our operation. If billed for expedited shipping, that may be assessed on a case-by-case basis should the instance present itself.
